Pipeline and opportunities
Prospects, opportunities, stages and forecast against a service catalogue that knows what things cost and what they should sell for.
The platform
Software that watches an estate needs an estate. Agents that run a commercial cycle need a system of record. We build all of it, because the pieces only work properly when they can see each other. Every section below is carrying production load.
01 / Raven CRM
Most companies run sales in one tool, quotes in a second, signatures in a third and billing in a fourth, then pay someone to keep the four of them agreeing with each other. Raven CRM is one record from first contact to paid invoice, and the agents work inside that record rather than integrating with it from outside.
Prospects, opportunities, stages and forecast against a service catalogue that knows what things cost and what they should sell for.
Generate a scoped, priced proposal from the opportunity itself. No copying figures into a document and hoping they still match next week.
Electronic signature built in, with the executed agreement stored against the record and the client provisioned off the back of it.
Recurring and one time revenue syncing to the accounting ledger, with reconciliation handled by an agent rather than a spreadsheet.
Email, SMS and both inbound and outbound voice that can read and write the record they are talking about, with monthly allowances you set.
Per seat monthly plus a one time build for configuration and migration. Taking managed technology services from us is not a condition.
02 / AI Agents
An assistant waits to be asked. An agent has a job. Ours pick work off a queue, gather what they need across the systems that hold it, decide, act, and escalate the part a human should genuinely be looking at. They have been doing it against our own company long enough that we are comfortable putting them in front of yours.
Builds opportunities, prices them against the catalogue, drafts proposals, and chases renewals before they quietly lapse.
Reads the inbound, classifies it, attaches history and asset context, and routes it to whoever should actually own it.
Runs the introduction sequence after a signature, tracks who has responded, and flags what has gone quiet before it becomes a problem.
Compares what vendors bill against what is actually deployed and billed onward, every day, and surfaces the gaps in both directions.
Statement reconciliation, payable matching, and the tedious month end comparisons that people quietly stop doing properly.
Joins the call, produces the record, and turns commitments into tracked work rather than a transcript nobody opens.
03 / Agentic SOC
Every alert gets worked the same way at 3am as it does at 10am. Enrich, decide, correlate, escalate. Containment is the part that has to be handled carefully, so it is armed and audited but blocked from firing until a client has authorized autonomous isolation in writing for their own environment.
Every alert enriched with asset, user, history and blast radius before a verdict is reached. False positives are closed with a reason, not silently dropped.
Related signals fold into a single incident carrying every observable that built it, so the story is intact when a human picks it up.
Endpoint isolation is per client and per site, and it does not exist as an option until you have signed for it. Until then the agent recommends and a person acts.
Response and resolution targets tracked per priority, with breaches surfaced immediately rather than buried in a monthly report.
Every verdict, escalation, approval and refusal written down. If you want to know why something happened at 4am, the answer exists.
An engineer approves, declines, or takes it over. The agent handles volume so people can handle judgement.
04 / Managed Technology
This is the part we used to lead with. It is still real, still growing, and it is the reason the automation above has genuine operational data instead of demo data. If you want it on its own, you can have it on its own.
Monitoring, patching, maintenance, and endpoint detection and response across workstations and servers.
Detection coverage across the wider estate, feeding the same pipeline the security agent works out of.
Directory, productivity licensing, mailbox security, and the assistant licensing people actually get value from.
Server backup, disaster recovery and cloud retention, with recovery actually tested rather than assumed.
Firewalls, switching, wireless, and the physical layer everyone forgets until the day it matters.
Roadmap, budget and lifecycle planning, including an honest read on which parts of your operation should be automated and which should not.
05 / Applied Engineering
Some companies are held together by a platform nobody dares change. We take the assessment first and tell you what is actually in there before anyone talks about a rebuild, because the expensive surprises are always in the schema, not the screens.
What the data really is, where the bloat is, which naming generation is authoritative, and what would genuinely break. Findings before quotes.
Rebuilding the system of record on modern infrastructure, in stages, with the old one still running until the new one has earned the switch.
Intake, request and self service portals that fit how your staff actually work rather than generating a new queue of noise for them.
Making systems that were never designed to speak to each other agree, without a brittle chain of scheduled exports.
Fast, accessible, measurable sites on the same infrastructure we run everything else on. This one included.
Where it makes sense, you own the resulting platform outright and we run it for you. That conversation is available.
Next step
You do not have to buy the platform. Start with the single process that is eating the most of someone's week and we will tell you honestly whether software should own it.
